Bombardier takes offence

Re: Editorial cartoon, July 22

Part of being a leading Canadian company means taking your lumps in the public conversation when you fail to meet expectations. At Bombardier, we view good-faith criticism and differing perspectives as opportunities to learn, and improve.

But this cartoon in the Star, comparing our executive team to inebriated airline pilots, was instead a cheap shot that did nothing to enlighten readers, and ignored the significant progress and improvements made by our new leadership team.
